This is another simple recipe that is quick and delicious combining chicken, cabbage, carrots, and onions remind me of the egg rolls I get from Chinese takeout. Ingredients: Kosher Salt Fresh Ground Pepper 1 Tbsp Chineses 7 spices 3 Tbsp Hoisin sauce 1 Tsp Soy Sauce 3 Carrots 1 Onions 2 small Nappa Cabbage 2 Lbs Chicken
Directions: 1. Roughly chop chicken and let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour 2. Julienne the carrots, Nappa cabbage, and roughly chop onions. 3.Saute veggies in Olive Oil 4. Cook chicken 5. Combine mixture and add hoisin sauce and soy sauce 6. Let cool for about 10 minutes 7. Wrap and fry egg rolls until golden brown 8. Serve with Duck Sauce
